Welcome!
I am a licensed somatic psychotherapist, which means I value the wisdom of both the mind and body, and in our work together we won’t just think about your experiences but we will also explore how they feel.
I offer psychotherapy to teens and adults, throughout California. Sessions are held online and in person in Santa Cruz, CA. I also offer periodic therapeutic workshops, events and retreats.

offerings
By working one-on-one with a therapist, you open up a dialogue with healing.
On-going Clinical Therapeutic Relationships
I love working with adults and teens and building meaningful and consistent therapeutic relationships that allow for deep integration and healing to unfold - both virtually and in-person. Together, we will process and sift through challenges and transitions; meeting, greeting, welcoming and exploring feelings related to grief and loss, and tending to the psychosomatic material from the past - all worthy of love and belonging.
My approach nurtures the cultivation of a safe and trustworthy environment where clients can show up just as they are and welcome all parts of themselves - giving extra care and tenderness to the hard and difficult parts that are often neglected. In our work together we will titrate between levity and depth, the profound and the mundane, creating the container for insights to emerge.
Therapeutic Groups
I offer periodic virtual grief groups for folks to be in the company of others who share the experience of profound loss. These are closed groups, which means that you cannot just drop in to one session, but that together we will build a container for safety in trust over the course of 6 weeks together.
